Microwave for 3–4 minutes, or oven at 180°C for 10–12 minutes. No prep needed — straight from the freezer.

How long do they last in the freezer?

Up to 4 weeks when kept frozen. We blast-freeze each meal immediately after prep to lock in freshness and texture.

Is the food Muslim-friendly?
